Previous Customer Service or Call Center experience not required, but highly desirable.

What hours do you have available to work?
The work hours vary by client. Our remote call center opportunities provide various shifts throughout the day and night, allowing agents to choose the hours that best fit their lifestyles. Whether you prefer morning, afternoon, evening, or overnight shifts, our clients strive to offer options that align with your schedule and preferences.
Is LibertyLine Solutions similar to a Staffing Agency?
LibertyLine Solutions is in a partnership with Arise Virtual Solutions to recruit Work-from-Home 1099 Independent Contractors to service Fortune 500 Companies in providing Phone, Email and/or Chat support needs. While there are some similarities to your typical staffing agency, Independent Contractors are empowered to choose their own clients, set their own schedules, and work from the comfort of their own homes.
Is Health and/or Life Insurance Benefits available?
This is a 1099 Independent Contractor opportunity, and as such, LibertyLine Solutions does not provide Health or Life Insurance benefits. As an Independent Contractor, you have the responsibility to obtain and manage necessary health or life insurance coverage as needed.
Are taxes automatically deducted from my bi-weekly pay?
There will be no tax deductions from your bi-weekly pay. As a 1099 Independent Contractor, you will be responsible for paying your own taxes. Please consult with your CPA or Tax Expert for more information regarding Tax payments.
Are there any charges or fees deducted from my bi-weekly pay?
Yes, there is a total deduction of $49.75 per Semi-Monthly pay invoice (around 1st and 15th of each month pay dates) when you are actively servicing. This deduction covers essential fees, including the Arise Platform Fee, bank, direct deposit, admin and support fees. Additionally, the total pay invoice deduction of $49.75 includes technical and ongoing support throughout our partnership, regardless of the number of hours or clients you service.
How much money can I make?
You determine how much money you make! You would have the freedom to select the client you want to service; average hourly rate $10-$17 per hour. After completion of your free certification training, you would set your own schedule and determine when and how much you work of the available hours offered by your selected client. Ultimately the size of your paycheck is in your hands!
How long does it take to start earning money?
Once you successfully register with LibertyLine Solutions, select your preferred client, pass a background check ($30 fee every three years), free drug screening, and successfully complete your free Client Certification Training, you can start earning revenue within a few weeks of beginning your training journey!
